Hybrid Heating Systems

You can heat your home or other commercial premises using modern, efficient biomass boiler systems to burn logs, wood chip or wood pellets, and then combine with most old and new oil and gas boilers. We can also combine Traditional wood burning stoves and some old range cookers with most old and new oil and gas boilers we also have available a new log cooker with additional pellet module. To any of these systems we can add a solar hot water system to provide domestic hot water and in suitably insulated properties to contribute to space heating.

Combining your existing (or new) gas or oil boiler with any of:

• Traditional wood burning stoves
• Wood pellet stoves & boilers
• Log gasifying boilers
• Solar Hot Water System

Planning permission

This may be required if new construction is needed and may not be available to households in smokeless zones unless your boiler system is an exempted appliance. New flues can also sometimes be an issue especially if the property is listed.

Large bio-energy installations may require additional industrial process permissions from the Environment Agency.
